Antoine Griezmann could be a good fit for Arsenal

So if you believe the papers, then Arsenal could have a lot of money to spend this Summer. Leaving the issue of whether Arsene Wenger is the right man to be spending or not alone for the minute, here’s a player that belongs on the shopping list.


Antoine Griezmann will be twenty-one in March, and the Real Sociedad winger/forward is well-worth a look for any English side looking to inject a bit of creativity into their club. The Frenchman is far from complete, but he is one of those players that looks like making something happen whenever he touches the ball.
Arsenal’s troubles at the moment are obviously multi-faceted, but improving their wingers would be zero-gravity moon step in the right direction. Purposeful, imaginative, confident; all qualities absent in Andrey Arshavin and Theo Walcott, and brought to the table by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and, potentially, Griezmann.
