Griezmann's stock has risen with eight goals in 15 games so far this season for the San Sebastian club in La Liga and the Champions League, and he could well feature at next summer's World Cup finals for France.
Increasing speculation has linked the Bourgoin-born player, 22, with moves to clubs including Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain, Monaco and Rennes, and a decision may soon have to be made given his current deal at Anoeta ends in June 2015.
Speaking while presenting his club's projected accounts for the current season, Aperribay said he was unconcerned by the rumours, but only wanted fully committed players at his club.
"If you are aspiring for the top places in the table, it is because you have very good players," Aperribay said. "We are of course aware that there are more powerful clubs who could knock on the door, and some individual players might think about leaving. That has happened in our history, as it has in most clubs. But we have no evidence that might happen in this case.
"We have no need to sell players, but if a player wants to leave and we have an interesting offer, then we would have to see. If a player's head is outside Real Sociedad, then they should leave."
The player himself has insisted he is committed to the Sociedad cause.
Asked about potential interest in bringing back former midfielder Alonso, 31, who is out of contract himself at Real Madrid next summer, Aperribay suggested he was keeping a close eye on that situation.
"It is not up to me to talk about this and speculate," he said. "[Alonso] is talking with Real Madrid and this is not a subject for a press conference."
The Basque businessman's take on his club's finances is true as -- because of the summer sale of Asier Illarramendi to Real Madrid and the money gained by this season's Champions League campaign -- Sociedad have predicted a 40 million euro surplus in their projected accounts for the 2013-14 season.
Such figures are especially impressive as La Real were bankrupt and in Spain's Segunda Division when Aperribay took charge in 2008. It is no surprise then that the current board are to stand 'en bloque' for re-election at December's club AGM.
